We take great effort in order to shed our extra kilos and then make our brain kettles boil and exhaust our physical conditions in order to desperately try to stay in shape. We try different ways starting from physically exhausting ending with morally weakening ones.
We occupy our poor bodies with self-torturing chasing the idea of physical perfection. Nowadays, the idea of perfection, as you know, is associated with anorexic 'shapes' or, to be more precise, with their skinny, flat and curveless absence. This, naturally, makes the notorious perfection even harder to reach for the restless us.
We don't give up for we are strong and persistent when it's about losing our extra kilos and becoming slim. We switch to diets. There's a vast variety of them: some suggest rice, some vegetables, fruit or even chocolate – for the ones who is totally unable to forget about their sweet teeth. There are diets advised by celebrities who have recently lost considerable amount of pounds. Eager to follow their swift and impressive example, we start sticking to their words and try whatever they recommend.
We experience all these hardships for one and only reason – to get closer to perfection. However, not everyone will tell you that one of the most effective and, what is more important, healthy ways to shed your kilograms is to have regular sex, preferably with a person you have established firm mutual connection on emotional level with.
In any case, this is for sure not a secret to you that sex helps us keep fit. Typically, this issue is especially interesting to women but certainly, is useful and unbelievably healthy for men too. Regular active sexual life works wonders with your metabolism which helps you lose weight much faster and healthier than you'd do it if you were exercising at the gym or attending aerobics classes.
If we take into account the fact that sex saves us from other numerous illnesses, problems and disasters, we should definitely prefer a fine combination of healty food and healthy sex all in one.
Sex is no doubt an active physical activity, excuse our tautology. It has been proved that when a person is very much into sex, he or she loses weight at the speed of light (creative scientific exaggeration). Pulse rate increases from 70 to 150 beats per minute. Moreover, sex tightens your butt, thighs, legs, even breast muscles i.e. sex practically keeps you feet while you enjoy combining the pleasant and the healthy.
Now let's count the calories ladies and gentlemen. It has been scientifically proved that during sex a woman burns from 200 to 600 calories (the exact number depends on how active she is). With respect to the amount of burnt calories, one sexual intercourse equals thirty minutes of jogging (372 calories), forty minutes of cycling (380 calories) or 1.5 hours of shopping (370 calories). It also equals four hours spent on the net (374 calories) and seven hours of TV savouring (359 calories), the latter points hardly ever help you to lose weight.
The conclusion is obvious. Want to lose weight – overfill your life with sex!
